According to this lunch menu, passengers could choose from a variety of cocktails, appetizers, soups and sandwiches, entrees and desserts. Options included a low-calorie plate of chopped beef steak with a cottage cheese-filled tomato, Spanish omelet and a breast of chicken stuffed with sage dressing. The menu's background features an abstraction of  train tracks.
