Amtrak NEWS was a newsletter published for Amtrak employees. Feature articles in this issue focus on Jimmy Carter's two-day, multi-stop campaign train from New York to Chicago; the run of the first Turboliner in regular passenger service in New York; and a competition to create new "Amwords."
