On the Carolinian, shown in this image, Train Attendant Heber Lopez offers a complimentary non-alcoholic beverage to a customer seated in the train's Business class car, which offers customers more legroom.

Amtrak operates the Carolinian, which is primarily financed through funds from the North Carolina Department of Transportation. The train serves 24 stations in seven states and the District of Columbia. The current version of the train launched with an inaugural run on May 11, 1990.
