Crescent menu, 1980s.

Two-color printed paper menu (breakfast, lunch and dinner) issued for use on the Crescent (New York-New Orleans); dates to the late 1980s or early 1990s. Passengers could choose from southern favorites including a catfish po-boy sandwich, Maryland crab cakes and Virginia ham with orange-raisin sauce. Sweet potato pie with whipped cream made for a classic dessert. From the Ann Owens Collection.
