Before the Silver Meteor makes its daily northbound run from Miami to New York, the on-board service food service team, including the chef, lead service attendant and service attendants, gather for an early morning briefing in Miami led by Operations Supervisor Raymond Harris (standing). The colleagues discuss safety tips, menu changes and other issues. Prior to the train leaving the yard, Harris will have made sure that everything is working in an efficient and safe manner.
