North Coast Hiawatha dinner menu, 1976.

Multi-color printed paper menu issued in June 1976 for use on the North Coast Hiawatha (Chicago-Billings-Seattle). The front cover features a collage of famous landmarks in cities and regions served by Amtrak, including the United States Capitol, Golden Gate Bridge, Statue of Liberty and a southwestern desert landscape. Passengers could chose between sandwiches or entrees such as sauteed filet of northern pike almondine. From the Ann Owens Collection.
