Multi-color printed paper postcard commemorating the restoration of Philadelphia's 30th Street station in 1991. The front of the postcard is a reproduction of an original limited-edition poster illustration by Tom Engeman. The artist is also well-known for work on numerous stamps issued by the United States Postal Service.
