The RTG Turboliners were closely based on the French ANF company's gas-turbine T 2000 RTG Turbotrain trainset. One of six RTGs that originally ran in the Midwest from the early 1970s, this is one of two that were later refurbished as "RTG II" and taken to serve in New York state until the early 2000s.
