Craig Thorpe, "Wilderness Threshold," graces the cover and depicts the train at the East Glacier, Mont. station. Menu items cover breakfast, lunch and dinner; in a nod to the region through which the train travels, entrees bear names such as "Snohomish Valley Baked Chicken" and the "Montana Grilled Porterhouse."
